Westchester’s Warehouse Legal Liability insurance offers comprehensive legal liability coverage for warehouses, with the option to combine real and personal property coverage, as well as general liability coverage in a single package. The coverage form may be customized with extensions for mysterious disappearance, debris removal, accrued charges, and newly acquired premises. Coverage may be combined with motor truck cargo, ocean cargo, and property and liability coverages. There is also coverage available for moving equipment and supplies, removal, fire department service charges, theft damage to buildings, processing coverage for work done on covered property, as well as the usual defense costs, bonds and interest, accrued charges, loss data preparation costs, and debris removal. Coverage is available on an admitted and non-admitted basis and a wide variety of coverage options are available to customize coverage.
