Westchester’s Non-Environmental Contractors pollution liability coverage includes: bodily injury liability, property damage liability, and cleanup costs for a pollution condition arising from the insured’s operations that results in claims. Coverage is available on an occurrence or claims-made basis, as well as a practice policy or project-specific policy (including OCIPs and CCIPs). 

Features a broad definition of your work, including work performed by, or on behalf of, the named insured.

  • Non-Owned Disposal Site coverage
