 ABOUT THIS COVERAGE

Westchester’s Fixed Site Properties’ premises pollution liability coverage includes: 

  • Cleanup costs, bodily injury and property damage for new and pre-existing pollution conditions, including mold, legionella, illicit abandonment, and silt and sedimentation.
  • Both non-owned location coverage and blanket non-owned disposal site coverage are available, as well as first- and third-party transportation pollution coverage.

This policy is additionally available as a stand-alone, or in a combined package with other coverages, including:  general liability, contractor’s pollution liability, and products pollution liability.
