LIMITS

  • Primary general liability: $1 million occurrence/$2 million aggregate with higher limits available upon request
  • Primary all risk property coverage: Per location capacity of up to $50 million in house and $150 million with Starr Tech; California quake limits and CAT capacity available
  • Lead umbrella: Limits up to $25 million per occurrence/$25 million aggregate with no SIR's. $250,000 in catastrophe management coverage
  • Builders Risk: Up to $100 million owners, contractors, or developers
  • Contractors equipment: Up to $50 million; coverage for warehouse legal, motor truck cargo and towers
  • Pollution liability: Limits up to $25 million per occurrence/$25 million aggregate with optional per location aggregate
  • Premises pollution liability: Coverage available with premises, products, transportation or site disposal coverage
