Ex NYPD Police Officer and Martial artist will be holding a Self Defense seminar in Yonkers on Sunday Sept 16th from noon to 3pm. In addition to the physical skills taught, invaluable topics such as environmental awareness, rape prevention and abduction avoidance will be discussed by a man with 15 years patrol experience in the South Bronx. This seminar is ideal for those individuals who have a need for Self Defense skills, but don't have the time or desire for formalized martial arts study. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. Space is limited so call today to register and for exact location.
