The Single Gourmet-Metro NY is hosting a wine, cheese and chocolate tasting for singles, to be held the evening of Wednesday Feb. 14. The event will feature small production, artesian products from Spain. Guests will sample 6 wines, from different regions of Spain, accompanied by artesian cheeses and chocolate.
The guide of this brief culinary tour of Spain will be Brian Maurice, graduate of the Cordon Bleu culinary institute in Paris, and owner of the just opened La Cave Wine Shop in Mamaroneck, NY. The event will be held at the intimate tasting room of the Wine Vault, also located in Mamaroneck, NY. $25 all inclusive.
