Morton’s, The Steakhouse, founder and book author, Klaus Fritsch, will be on hand at Morton’s in White Plains on Thursday, November 16th to sign copies of the Morton’s Steak Bible. The lavish cocktail party will start at 6:00 PM.
This is the last stop on the national book signing tour which has raised over $100,000 for scholarships for individuals interested in the culinary arts in conjunction with the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. A silent auction will be held during the book signing and includes dinner for eight prepared by the White Plains Morton’s chef in the winning bidder’s home.
Morton’s, The Steakhouse was established in December 1978 in Chicago. It is currently the largest company owned and operated fine dining steakhouse brand in the world with 71 restaurants including sites in Stamford, White Plains, Hackensack, and NYC. Morton’s is located at 9 Maple Avenue, on the first floor of the Fortunoff’s building in White Plains.
The cost of the evening is $30 which includes an autographed copy of the book, food and beverages. If you have already purchased a Steak Bible, simply bring it with you to be autographed and there will be no charge for entry to the event.
