The 2nd Annual Greater New York Wine and Food Expo is taking place October 22 and 23, 2005 at a new location – Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts in Katonah, NY.
Two Grand Tasting Tents
This year’s Expo features two Grand Tasting Tents:
- Sample wines from over 150 wineries from around the globe who pour over 1,000 wines at the Expo. Taste and learn about today’s exciting vintages by speaking directly to winemakers and other winery principles on hand to pour for you.
- Taste gourmet food samples from area restaurants.
- Discover the latest in wine accessories.
Celebrity Chef Tent
Along with the Grand Tasting, this year’s Expo offers a third tent exclusively for Celebrity Chef Demonstrations featuring:
- Food Network’s Tyler Florence
- Peter Xaviar Kelly of The Xaviars Restaurant Group
- Joseph Messina of Tuscan Oven
- Greg Gilbert of Jackson & Wheeler Restaurant and Bakery
Seminars
Experts such as Mark Oldman, author of Oldman’s Guide to Out-Smarting Wine, present seminars for both the novice and the connoisseur.
