UniStar Federal Credit Union will host a free real estate seminar for first time home buyers, current homeowners and investors on Wednesday, June 21 from 7:00pm to 9:30pm at the Crown Plaza Hotel, 66 Hale Ave, White Plains. Dale Siegel, a well-known speaker and owner of Circle Mortgage Group in White Plains will host a panel of local real estate experts including George Oros, Attorney and County Legislator and Patti Cunningham, President of Cunningham Realty. The seminar will educate attendees on buying homes in the changing real estate market. The discussion will include hot topics such as recent trends in pricing, secret contract negotiation techniques, new mortgage products for 2006, and will there be a “bubble” in Westchester real estate.
