Urge Congress to stop all U.S. funding for military operations in Iraq, and use our tax dollars for peaceful purposes, including reconstruction of Iraq, withdrawal of US troops, and hurricane relief for the Gulf Coast.
Step 2. DELIVER your letters in person to Congressman Engel's District Office,
