Lecture in Jewish-Catholic Studies: “Making Peace with the ‘Enemies’ of Jesus: Assessing the Opposition to Jesus in the Christian Gospels” will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Spellman Hall, Iona College, 715 North Ave.
Reverend George Smiga of the St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology in Wickliffe, Ohio will strive to uncover common ground for the dialogue between Jews and Christians as they discuss the significance of the rabbi Christians believe is the Savior of the World.
