Opening March 13th through April 14th, the work of photographer Ronni Diamondstein will be exhibited for sale at Full Circle Gallery, Gifts & Gourmet at 1241 Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains. Opening reception is March 18th from 4 to 6pm, all are invited.
Ms. Diamondstein is a freelance journalist whose publication credits include: The New York Times, USA Trade Today, Window on the Netherlands and Women’s News. She has run numerous writers’ workshops and the Writers’ Night Open Mike in Mount Kisco. Currently she is a School Library Media Specialist in the White Plains Public Schools where she also serves as the Chair of the district’s Library Media Specialists.
A Chappaqua resident since 1997, Ronni has lived and photographed in the Netherlands and on Long Island. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and has earned advanced degrees from Long Island University and The College of New Rochelle
Ronni writes about her art: “With these photographs I have tried to capture the beauty and essence of our world while evoking a feeling of peace and serenity. The lush landscapes and wildlife show nature at her most glorious. Beauty surrounds us…we just have to see it and appreciate it. One of my favorite sayings is, ‘There is beauty in imperfection.’ I want to show how extraordinarily beautiful simple things can be.”
