Weekly yoga classes for women living with cancer. Yoga is a gentle form of movement which helps women to focus on their mind, body and spirit. Sponsored by Support Connection, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides services to women affected by breast and ovarian cancer. Class held at Club Fit in Jefferson Valley.
