Our group meets EVERY Tuesday evening{mosimage}{mosimage}{mosimage}{mosimage}{mosimage}{mosimage} to practice Taichi and exchange ideas in Scarsdale. Tai Chi, this ancient Chinese martial art form, can help you gain better physical health, clearer mind and calmer spirit.
Our members are at different levels, some with zero Tai Chi background while others have won national and international Tai Chi championships.
With the practice led by our award-winning instructors, you’ll experience the flow of your chi, or energy at a friendly setting.
This is a great occasion for an individual to get fit and get to know new friends. It's also great for the family to get the work out and have fun together.
