by Rachel Greenfield, Culinary Nutritionist, this is a hands-on class
in which you will learn the principles of creating a balanced vegan
and gluten-free meal. The cooking classes take place in our
commercial kitchen and includes eating the meal prepared during the
class. Class sizes are kept small, so pre-registration is required.
