ASTD Westchester/Mid-Hudson is excited to invite you to attend our first program of the year, Measuring Training Effectiveness. This event promises to be an informative, interactive session addressing how to measure training effectively and the important role of feedback.
The presenter, David Youssefnia, Ph.D., is the Founder and President of Critical Metrics, LLC. Over the past ten years, David has worked with organizations to help them realize that measuring matters for success. He has helped clients successfully implement and act on feedback from teams, employees and customers.
During the Measuring Training Effectiveness Session, he will offer you practical tips to gathering feedback from employees and provide insight around how to measure training effectiveness.
As usual, this event will provide opportunities for networking before and after the speaker.
