Does anyone know of or would recommend a dealership that sells scooters in Northern Westchester? A place that also sells second-hand/used scooters would be ideal! Brand is not important, price is (ideally would like something under $1,000 after tax).

I'm in the market for cheap transportation that a) is not an automobile, b) is not a motorcycle and c) is legal to be driven on public roads.
