I was excited to find this site. Then I got to it. It gives me a migraine. You have way to much going on. I don't know if you even have any stories. I got lost in a sea of advertisements. Please consult a webdesigner and get some help. Tone down the ads. Lose the red writing. Your site is a migraine waiting to happen. Downright ghastly.

Definately need to stop with the "You've got mail" advertisement in the bottom left hand corner of every screen. People want to come here to find out about Westchester, NY and the services and entertainment that it has to offer, not spyware inducing ads and trickery. Although people pay me to fix issues like this site may bring, it would be better for everyone if you got rid of all the ads and annoyances.... JMO....

Just a quick note here. The "You've Got Mail!" message that pops up in the lower lefthand corner is NOT an advertisement. It is to alert you that you have a Private Message, either from another Westchester.com reader or from the system.
In the case of new users who just successfully registered and logged in for the first time, an Instant Message is sent them welcoming them to Weschester.com and tellnig them some of the many things they can do now that they are a member.
