Indoor Training Night At Westchester Cycle Club
Briarcliff Manor, NY - On Monday, Jan. 30, the Westchester Cycle Club will be presenting a Winter Indoor Training dinner program at the Tuscan Grille at 518 North State Road in Briarcliff Manor, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
The presentation will show how cycling fitness can be maintained and enhanced working with your own bike, and the option of a heart rate monitor, indoors. The demonstration includes the use of a stationary trainer, e-motion rollers and computrainer.
Cost for dinner and the presentation is $25 and includes salad, pasta and a choice of main course and coffee.
