The combined deals represent more than 82,525 square feet of space. NAI Friedland has been an industry leader for over 40 years.

The Industrial Division completed one transaction:

- Lease of 4,000 sq. ft. at 500 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers. Industrial Specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between RJ Rose Realty LLC (landlord) and N I Systems (tenant). Grossman represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

The Retail Division completed six transactions:

- Lease of 6,100 sq. ft. at 640 Pelham Parkway, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko, Retail Specialist David Scotto, and Executive Vice President Steve Lorenzo brokered the deal between Solil Management (landlord) and 640 Pelham Food Corp (tenant). Robin Herko, David Scotto, and Steve Lorenzo represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

- Lease of 20,000 sq. ft. at 1808 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers. Executive Vice President Rick Stassa represented the landlord in the transaction between Fashion Postal Corp (landlord) and TD Bank (tenant).

- Sale of 1,800 sq. ft. at 1098 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers. Executive Vice President Robin Herko and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between Amundson Properties LLC (landlord) and 1089 Yonkers Avenue Corp (tenant). Robin Herko and David Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

- Lease of 10,100 sq. ft. at 1775 Grand Concourse, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko, Retail Specialist David Scotto, and Executive Vice President Steve Lorenzo brokered the deal between J J Operating Inc. (landlord) and 1775 G C Food Corp (tenant). Robin Herko, David Scotto, and Steve Lorenzo represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

- Sale of 4,825 sq. ft. at 796-800 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers. Executive Vice President Robin Herko and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between 796-800 Yonkers Avenue LLC (landlord) and 796 Yonkers Corp (tenant). Robin Herko and David Scotto represented the tenant in the transaction.

- Lease of 4,000 sq. ft. at 1730 Crosby Avenue, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between Trust of Anthony Scovotti (landlord) and Fortune 99C (tenant). Robin Herko and David Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

The Office Division completed two transactions:

- Lease of 30,000 sq. ft. at 400 E Fordham Road, Bronx. Executive Director Carl Silbergleit represented the landlord in the transaction between Fordham Place Office LLC (landlord) and FEGS (tenant).

- Lease of 1,700 sq. ft. at 243 Mamaroneck Road, Mamaroneck. Office Specialist Steve Kaufman brokered the deal between Clearview Cinemas (landlord) and Jack Rabbit Roadside (tenant). Steve Kaufman was the sole broker in the transaction.
