NAI Friedland Closes 11 Transactions In 60 Days
Yonkers, NY - NAI Friedland commercial real estate firm announced that its Retail, Industrial, and Office Divisions closed eleven transactions in Westchester County and the Bronx during the months of November and December.
The Retail Division completed five transactions:
- Lease of 1,500 sq. ft. at 15 East 167th Street, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between 15 E 167th St. Realty (landlord) and Little Caesars Pizza (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
- Lease of 2,800 sq. ft. at 925 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers. Executive Vice President Robin Herko and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between 929 Holding Corp. (landlord) and Car Doctors of Westchester (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
- Lease of 1,700 sq. ft. at 49 East Prospect Avenue, Mount Vernon. Executive Vice President Robin Herko, Executive Vice President Steve Lorenzo, Retail Specialist John Joseph Rivera and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between Urban American (landlord) and Little Caesars (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented the tenant in the transaction. Lorenzo and Rivera represented the landlord.
- Lease of 1,200 sq. ft. at 1384 Boston Road, Bronx. Executive Vice President Steve Lorenzo and Retail Specialist John Joseph Rivera brokered the deal between 1394 B.P.R. Realty Corp. (landlord) and Crotona Pharmacy Corp. (tenant). Lorenzo and Rivera represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
- Lease of 1,500 sq. ft at Cross Bronx Plaza - 961 East 174th Street, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corp. (landlord) and Little Caesar’s Pizza (tenant). Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
The Industrial Division completed four transactions:
- Sale of 14,000 sq. ft. at 1520 Stillwell Avenue, Bronx. Executive Vice President Steve Kornspun brokered the deal between D & A Holding (seller) and Dominick Avaloni (buyer). The sale price was $800,000. Kornspun was the sole broker in the transaction.
- Lease renewal of 9,100 sq. ft. at 4 Executive Plaza, Yonkers. Industrial Specialist Jeff Clinton brokered the deal between Mack Cali (landlord) and Hill Rom Company Inc. (tenant). Clinton co-brokered the transaction Brett Spitzer of NAI Global Corporate Solutions.
- Lease of 17,500 sq. ft. at 20 Marbledale Avenue, Tuckahoe. Executive Vice President Peter Cokin and Industrial Specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between GTF Realty Corp. (landlord) and Eclan Industries (tenant). Asking rent started at $9.00/square-foot. Grossman represented the tenant in the transaction while Cokin represented the landlord.
- Sale of 4,300 sq. ft. at 300 East 149th Street, Bronx. Executive Vice President Peter Cokin brokered the deal between 149 Street Rizing (seller) and 300 East, LLC (buyer). The sale price was $2,000,000. Cokin represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
The Office Division completed two transactions:
- Lease of 47,792 sq. ft. at 400 East Fordham Road, Bronx. Executive Director Ellen Benedek and Executive Director Carl Silbergleit brokered the deal between Fordham Place Office, LLC (landlord) and Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute (tenant). Benedek and Silbergleit represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
- Lease of 2,400 sq. ft. at 101 Katonah Avenue, Katonah. Office Specialist Steve Kaufman brokered the deal between L & S Weinstein, LP (landlord) and Needham Partners (tenant). Kaufman represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
