Empire Access MLS Re-Elects Leogrande As 2012 President
White Plains, NY - The Board of Directors of the Empire Access Multiple Listing Service (EAMLS, Inc), has elected Gary Leogrande, principal broker of Keller Williams NY Realty in White Plains, to a third term as President for 2012.
The Directors also elected: J. Philip Faranda of J. Philip Real Estate, Briarcliff Manor, as Vice President, Northern Westchester; Leah Caro, of Bronxville-Ley Real Estate, Bronxville, as Vice President, Southern Westchester; Eileen Barrett, of Houlihan Lawrence, Brewster, as Vice President, Putnam; Wayne Kokinda, of BHG Rand, Briarcliff Manor as Treasurer; and Louise Colonna of Coldwell Banker, White Plains, as Secretary. Faranda and Barrett are serving second terms, Colonna is taking a different position, and Caro and Kokinda are newly elected.
The EAMLS is owned by the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®* and its service territories include the Bronx, Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties.
Currently the EAMLS has 872 participating real estate offices and some 11,000 properties in its database. It is among the top 50 largest MLSs in the country.
