NAI Friedland Closes 8 Transactions In October
Yonkers, NY - NAI Friedland, a full service commercial real estate firm serving metropolitan New York, announced that its Retail, Industrial, and Office Divisions closed eight transactions in Westchester County and the Bronx during the month of October.
The Retail Division completed two transactions:
- Lease of 2,700 sq. ft. at Pelham Bay Professional Center, 3250 Westchester Avenue, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko, Executive Vice President Steve Lorenzo, and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between The Hampshire Companies (landlord) and Suma Medical Associates (tenant). Herko, Lorenzo, and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
- Lease of 9,257 sq. ft. at Pelham Bay Professional Center, 3250 Westchester Avenue, Bronx. Executive Vice President Robin Herko, Executive Vice President Steve Lorenzo, and Retail Specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between The Hampshire Companies (landlord) and Surgicare Ambulatory Center, Inc. (tenant). Herko, Lorenzo, and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
The Industrial Division completed four transactions:
- Sale of 6,531 sq. ft. at 260 Westchester Avenue, Buchanan. Industrial Specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between Claire Pebworth (seller) and MB Services (buyer). The sale price was $700,000. Grossman represented the seller in the transaction.
- Sale of 10,000 sq. ft. at 740 Barry Street, Bronx. CEO Tony Lembeck brokered the deal between ST 1 Realty, LLC (seller) and Wild Edibles (buyer).The sale price was $1,150,000. Lembeck represented the seller in the transaction.
- Lease of 4,500 sq. ft. at 7 Intervale Street, White Plains. Industrial Specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between Benerofe Properties Corp. (landlord) and United Car Care (tenant). Grossman represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
- Sale of 20,000 sq. ft. at 130 Mount Vernon Avenue, Mount Vernon. Industrial Specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between Cava Realty Holdings, LLC (seller) and MacQuestern Development, LLC (buyer). The sale price was $2,000,000; the 20,000 sq. ft. is vacant land. Grossman represented the seller in the transaction.
The Office Division completed two transactions:
- Lease of 900 sq. ft. at 1 Blue Hill Plaza, Pearl River. Executive Director Ellen Benedek and Executive Director Carl Silbergleit brokered the deal between Glorious Sun, LLC (landlord) and Center Management Associates (tenant). Benedek and Silbergleit represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Lease of 1,255 sq. ft. at 5 West Main Street, Elmsford. Office Specialist Steve Kaufman brokered the deal between Tarry-Elm Associates, LLC (landlord) and Luanna, LLC (tenant). Kaufman was the sole broker in the transaction.
