RAVO, Pat T., a former city manager of Yonkers, NY, and a former chief administrator at the Wynmoor community in Coconut Creek, FL, died Saturday, May 18th, at his home in Boca Raton, FL. He was 84 years old and was with his loving wife of 59 years, Milla-Antoinette, at the time of his death. A 1951 graduate of Florida State University, Ravo also attended the University of Maryland. Once completed, and usually by the third year after completion of the census, the City of Yonkers (CoY), like other municipalities, redraw their respective district lines based on population decreases or increases, as well as movement of population within specific borders with respect to districts that may be designated opportunity districts or other criteria, kept contiguous, and defined by equal populations, among other designations.
