On Monday, May 23, 2011 the Greenburgh Public Library Foundation's 'Books & Cooks' fundraiser will be a literary tour of the newly built Library. The evening will provide guests with food prepared by chefs from local restaurants, inspired by celebrated works of literature and will educate participants about the Library, including a journal to showcase the stages and development of the Library. Peter Kelly of X20 is the Honorary Restaurant Chair and local author Benjamin Cheever is the Honorary Author Chair. The event will take place from 6-9pm at the Greenburgh Public Library in Elmsford, NY.
