After 24 years in the restaurant business I have pretty much done it all and seen it all… from waiting tables to managing dining rooms – oh the stories I could tell! Currently I am enjoying my 11th year as Sales & Marketing Manager for Morton's The Steakhouse in White Plains, assisting guests in planning memorable and delicious events.

Most people enjoy a good meal – I LOVE a good meal! Most people think about food when they are hungry or planning for a special occasion. I think and talk about food all day, every day. While for most people an 8 hour day of thinking about food would be enough, I often find myself perusing recipes on the internet or flipping through a cookbook even after washing and putting away the dinner dishes. I am always in search of new foods and ways to prepare  and pair them.
