Westchester Blogs
After 24 years in the restaurant business I have pretty much done it all and seen it all… from waiting tables to managing dining rooms – oh the stories I could tell! Currently I am enjoying my 11th year as Sales & Marketing Manager for Morton's The Steakhouse in White Plains, assisting guests in planning memorable and delicious events. Most people enjoy a good meal – I LOVE a good meal! Most people think about food when they are hungry or planning for a special occasion. I think and talk about food all day, every day. While for most people an 8 hour day of thinking about food would be enough, I often find myself perusing recipes on the internet or flipping through a cookbook even after washing and putting away the dinner dishes. I am always in search of new foods and ways to prepare and pair them. A job turned into a career and an appetite into an obsession. Join me while I explore the world of food in my blog…. Chew on This….

Steak!!! And Seafood!! Hi Kim, I have to say that Morton's is truly our favorite steakhouse. My husband raves about the filet mignon and I can't really decide which is my favorite... the cajun ribeye or the porterhouse! But I also love the seafood. Of course the service is always top knotch! Looking forward to your posts! Keep us posted on upcoming events. |
