White Plains, NY - Mayor Joseph Delfino invites you to participate in the White Plains Community & Wellness Circle, Mondays, November 3 & 17, 6:30 - 7:15 pm, held at the White Plains Senior Center, 65 Mitchell Place, White Plains.

The Rhythm Circle is a new program that uses rhythm based activities with and without drums. It is a fun and therapeutic way to foster wellness, self-expression and stress reduction through rhythm and music.  There is no music experience required to participate in this program. 

This a cooperative program through the Schnurmacher Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Institute for Music and Neurological function (MNF), Beth Abraham Health Services and City of White Plains Recreation & Parks.
