 Scarsdale, NY - The Hoff-Barthelson Music School will host its annual College Advisory on Saturday, January 5, 2008, at 3 pm at the Music School, 25 School Lane, Scarsdale, New York.
The snow date is January 12 at 3 pm.
Hoff-Barthelson Music School faculty members and recent alumni will be featured in a roundtable discussion, moderated by Director of Artistic Programs Wilma Machover, about the college selection process. The discussion will center on the continuation of music education and performance at the college level, with an emphasis on the merits of conservatory vs. liberal arts colleges. This is an excellent opportunity for high school students with an interest in a college focus on music to begin the college exploration process.
