HHCEF Foundation Fest Announced

Westchester School & Education NewsMontrose, NY - Hendrick Hudson Community Education Foundation’s (HHCEF) Foundation Fest will take place on Friday, Oct. 3 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the former McKinley School on Welcher Avenue in Peekskill.

The event will feature yummy wraps, sushi, pizza, Indian delicacies and more, as well as an amazing array of wines, beers, and ales.

Area restaurants donating the tasty treats include:

Grouchy Gabe’s Grill, Croton-on-Hudson
Samurai Restaurant, Croton-on-Hudson
Zeytinia, Croton-on-Hudson
India House, Montrose
Two Brothers, Montrose
Aramark Food Services, Downers Grove, IL

Beer, ale, and wine will be provided by:

The Peekskill Brewery, Peekskill
Captain Lawrence Brewery, Pleasantville
Marco’s Wine & Spirits, Peekskill
B&B Fine Wine and Liquors

The evening also will feature a silent auction and a live auction, hosted by Kacey Morabito of WHUD’s “Mike and Kacey in the Morning” show. Auction items can be previewed online at www.hhcef.cmarket.com, with some items available for early bidding through Sunday, Sept. 28.

Foundation Fest is sponsored by Entergy, Arris Contracting, Inc., Keane Beane, KSQ Architects, P.C., Hudson Valley Cardiology Group, P.C., and Goldblatt & Associates, P.C. About HHCEF
The Hendrick Hudson Community Foundation is a community-based not-for-profit organization providing crucial support to our community, including programs to purchase classroom materials for our schools and technology equipment for the Hendrick Hudson Free Library. It sponsors senior citizen activities, preschool literacy programs for at risk children, and school lunches for students whose families are in need.
