Rittenberg has practiced commercial and residential real estate in three states and managed four sales offices over the course of his career. While managing in Denver, Colorado and Long Island, N.Y., his expertise placed three locations among the company’s top sales offices. A well rounded real estate professional, Rittenberg’s offices have been recognized not only for profitability and production, but also for mortgage, title, and home warranty utilization.
He is also a certified real estate instructor and has delivered technology training for various Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage local operating companies.
Rittenberg received his B.S. in Business from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He is also a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Management Academy and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
