 White Plains, NY - Rand Commercial Services, formerly affiliated with the Prudential Real Estate Network, has re-launched as an independent commercial real estate brokerage that will serve the Greater New York area.
Rand Commercial Services, which has 25 agents in Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties, will now serve New York City, northern New Jersey and Connecticut. The new company – an expansion of a commercial division launched in 2006 – is led by Managing Partner Greg Rand, Senior Executive Director Paul Adler and Director of Operations Gerry Magnarelli.
“Three years ago, we established a commercial real estate division to compliment our market-leading residential business,” said Rand, who helped engineer Rand’s switch to Better Homes & Gardens last month. “We are excited to launch Rand Commercial Services as a freestanding, independent commercial real estate brokerage that will serve that niche in the entire Greater New York area. Our company has expertise in commercial and investment real estate, development marketing, condo and co-op conversions, land sales and development, corporate relocations, mortgage financing and title insurance.”
Rand said the new company was actively recruiting agents to help service the tri-state area. “We are seeking like-minded, independent commercial brokers from around the region to join our team of experts and help us continue our expansion,” said Rand.
