 Mt. Kisco, NY - The former service station at 134 East Main Street, Mt. Kisco will soon become the home for AT&T Cellular Phones and Just Dogs Gourmet.
Rick Stassa and Joan Simon of NAI Friedland Realty represented the Landlord in the AT&T transaction and Barry Endelson of Aries, Deitch and Endelson represented the Tenant. Stassa and Simon represented both the Landlord and Tenant in the Just Dogs Gourmet transaction.
The 3,700+ square foot property was purchased by Coast to Coast Industries, LLC in 2006. “Joan and I were very excited when we chosen to represent this property,” says Rick Stassa of NAI Friedland Realty. “Landlord representation in Westchester County is one of NAI Friedland Realty’s strengths.”
AT&T Cellular Phones and Just Dogs Gourmet will be open for business in the fall of 2008. The property is located next to the Movie Theater and close to Borders Books. Other notable retailers in the trade area include The Gap, Ann Taylor, Chicos, Victoria Secret, Starbucks and Banana Republic.
