 White Plains, NY - Heritage Realty Services is pleased to announce that Franklin Hamilton has signed a five-year lease for 1,468 square feet at 4 Gannett Drive in White Plains, N.Y.
Previously based in Stamford, Conn., Franklin Hamilton is a mergers and acquisition advisory firm serving middle-market companies in the insurance, manufacturing, energy, and oil and gas sectors.

Although the terms of lease were undisclosed, the aggregate rent for the space totaled $161,480.
