Franklin Hamilton Signs Lease At Gannett Office Park

Westchester Real Estate NewsWhite Plains, NY - Heritage Realty Services is pleased to announce that Franklin Hamilton has signed a five-year lease for 1,468 square feet at 4 Gannett Drive in White Plains, N.Y.

Previously based in Stamford, Conn., Franklin Hamilton is a mergers and acquisition advisory firm serving middle-market companies in the insurance, manufacturing, energy, and oil and gas sectors.

“It’s refreshing to see businesses moving to Westchester and taking advantage of well-located and well-priced Class-A space,” said George T. Constantin, president and chief executive office of Heritage Realty Services.  “We are delighted to welcome Franklin Hamilton to the Heritage family and White Plains.”

Although the terms of lease were undisclosed, the aggregate rent for the space totaled $161,480.

Gannett Office Park, managed by Heritage Realty Services and owned by Heritage Realty Services’ affiliate Dryland Gannett, LLC, is a three-building office development comprised of 2, 3 and 4 Gannett Drive along White Plains’ Platinum Mile.
