Cappelli Names Executive Director At The Ritz-Carlton

Westchester Real Estate NewsValhalla, NY - Cappelli Enterprises, Inc., one of the leading development companies in the Northeast, has named Michele Reitano of Yonkers as Executive Director, Design & Construction Coordination for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, as well as all other Cappelli residential developments.

Ms. Reitano is responsible for overseeing selections, upgrades and floor plan layout changes.  She also manages all pre-closing inspections to ensure delivery of each residence is at highest standard, and that all customized selections are completed accurately.  Ms. Reitano acts as the liaison between sales, purchasers and all the trades. 

Ms. Reitano joined Cappelli Enterprises in 2005 as a Purchaser Liaison for Trump Tower at City Center in White Plains.   Her responsibilities included ensuring that all and any work needed in each residence was completed to satisfaction for post-closing.  In addition, she assisted upper management on all key projects.

A licensed real estate associate, Ms. Reitano is a lifelong Westchester resident who offers a strong background in client relationship development, as well as an in-depth personal knowledge of the area and its residents.  She has had unique exposure to the challenges of the business, government and not-for-profit sectors. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she graduated in 1997.
