Rye Brook, NY - Cushman & Wakefield announced its appointment by Cadbury Schweppes to handle the leasing of 135,000 square feet of office space at 900 King Street in Rye Brook, NY.
The space is available for sublease from Cadbury Schweppes through January 2015. There is 36,787 square feet available on the first floor and 98,213 square feet on the second floor of the 203,900-square foot, Class-A office building.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Foley, Larry Ruggieri and Jacqueline Mierkiewicz serve as exclusive leasing agents representing Cadbury Schweppes. The space is available for single or multi-tenant occupancy.
“900 King Street features a great location combined with superior infrastructure, at highly competitive rents,” said Mr. Foley. “The property also offers easy access to local highways, train stations, and airports.
Cadbury Schweppes will maintain a presence in the building of approximately 20,000 square feet. Other major tenants at 900 King Street include the administrative offices of Greenwich Hospital and Kenmar. The two-story property, which was recently renovated, is owned by Brickman.
900 King Street is situated on 17.8 wooded acres in the Village of Rye Brook section of the Town of Rye. The property is located on the Greenwich, Conn. border in Westchester County’s Eastern submarket.
“This is one of the largest blocks of space available in this submarket of Westchester County,” said Mr. Ruggieri. “It’s also a less expensive alternative to lower Fairfield County.”
