St. John's Offering Free Skin Cancer Screening |

 Yonkers, NY - In celebration of Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month, St. John’s is offering a free skin cancer screening on Saturday, May 3rd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The dermatologists on staff at St. John’s Riverside Hospital will conduct the screening in the Wound Healing Center on the main floor of the hospital, 967 North Broadway in Yonkers.
No appointments are necessary.
The most common type of cancer in the United States is skin cancer. It strikes one in six Americans and the numbers are increasing at an alarming rate. The good news is that most skin cancers can be cured if detected early and treated in time.
