Tarrytown, NY - Lori Hall Armstrong of New Rochelle, NY, has been named Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance for Hudson Health Plan, Georganne Chapin, President and CEO, announced.
Hudson Health Plan is a not-for-profit managed care organization providing free and low-cost health insurance to residents in the Hudson Valley.
Ms. Armstrong comes to Hudson Health Plan with a broad background in government and policy, including her work as campaign consultant for Andrea Stewart-Cousins for New York State Senate; chief of staff and senior education policy advisor to New York City Council member Eva Moskowitz; communications director for Newark In Transition for Mayor Cory Booker, Newark, NJ; and until February, as the Lower Hudson Valley regional representative to former Gov. Eliot Spitzer.

Ms. Armstrong received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Hampton (VA) University; a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School, Detroit, MI; and a Masters of Law Degree from Loyola University Chicago/Erikson Institute Graduate School of Early Childhood Development, Chicago, IL.
