 White Plains, NY - Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester (HPCW) announced that Westchester County resident Maura Clark Lyons, R.N., B.S.N. has joined the team as Director of Clinical Services.
Ms. Lyons brings more than 30 years experience to her role at HPCW. She has expertise as a nurse manager in the fields of physical medicine and rehabilitation; mental health; long-term care; nursing education; hospice care; utilization review; home care; acute care; and case management.
Prior to joining HPCW, Lyons served as a Hospice Clinical Manager for Continuum Hospice Care/Jacob Perlow Hospice in Manhattan. Previously, she was Director of Admissions and Marketing at Cedar Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ossining.
Ms. Lyons has published articles about case management in Nursing Spectrum and the Journal of Hospital Case Management. She is the recipient of the New York State Best Practices in Nursing Home Awards for "Caring Across Cultures," the diversity training program she developed in 1995.

A graduate of Pace University, Ms. Lyons holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has also studied business and marketing at Manhattan College in Riverdale. She is the proud parent of two adult children.
