 Yonkers, NY - Brian Behr has been named Director of Finance for St. John’s Riverside Hospital, Community Hospital at Dobbs Ferry and Riverside Health Care System, Inc.
Brian, a graduate of Brooklyn College with a BS in Accounting, was the Controller at Westchester Square Medical Center over the past seven years where he was responsible for the day to day operations covering Accounts Payable, Accounting and Reporting, Payroll, Admitting, Patient Accounting and the Cashier Departments.
Prior to his Controller role with Westchester Square Medical Center, Brian’s earlier Health Care Provider experience includes financial and accounting positions of increasing responsibility with Winthrop University Hospital and Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.
“Brian brings a wealth of health care accounting to St. John’s and the Riverside Health Care System. With his background, Brian has a proven track record that St. John’s and Riverside Health Care will positively benefit from,” said Dennis Keane, Chief Financial Officer of St. John’s Riverside Hospital and Riverside Health Care System.
St. John’s Riverside Hospital is a 407-bed hospital that has provided health care to the City of Yonkers and southern Westchester since 1869. Approximately 400 physicians, representing almost every medical and surgical specialty, are on staff. Community Hospital at Dobbs Ferry is a 50 bed acute care facility located in the Rivertowns. There are 200 Physicians represented on the staff of Community Hospital.
