From 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM: 65 Degrees F

The city also requires hot water to be maintained at a minimum temperature of 120 degrees AT ALL TIMES.

If residents have a heat emergency or complaint, they are encouraged to call 914-965-3331 to report the problem. These calls will be received the Department of Housing and Building Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

How does one find out what the heating regulations are in northern Westchester (e.g., Somers)?

Have a Happy Thanksgiving,
