Westchester's Best Competition Series Announced |

 White Plains, NY - Applebee’s Grill & Bar is sponsoring the White Plains Performing Arts Center’s county-wide series of competitions called WESTCHESTER’S BEST to determine Westchester’s Best Singer, Dancer and Comic.
Preliminary Auditions begin on Sunday August 3, 2008 with Semi-Finals and Finals scheduled for Saturday, August 9, 2008.
The first event is open to county residents in two categories: Kids 10-16 and Adults 17+.
The winner of WESTCHESTER’S BEST SINGER will receive the following:
Age 10-17:
a walk-on appearance in the WPPAC holiday production of “Oliver!”
3 voice lessons at the Music Conservatory of Westchester
Professional headshots from Bob Fine Photography
Gift certificate from Simon Malls (The Westchester or Galleria)
Age 17+:
Will sing National Anthem at White Plains New Year’s Eve Spectacular for 30,000+
3 voice lessons at the Music Conservatory of Westchester
