Photos Sought For Annual Exhibit At Marshlands |

Mt. Kisco, NY - Amateur and professional photographers are invited to submit photos they’ve taken of Marshlands Conservancy to be included in the annual Marshlands Photography Exhibit, which will be on display at the site October 12 through November 30.
Entries must be submitted on Sunday, October 5 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
All photos must have been taken at Marshlands and must be framed and wired for hanging. The October 12 opening will feature a reception for the photographers and visitors at 2 p.m., hosted by the Friends of Marshlands volunteer support organization. The exhibit will be on display in the Visitors Center on weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Sunday, November 30.
The exhibit is sponsored by the Westchester County Parks and the Friends of Marshlands. It is being held in conjunction with the Parks Department’s Art in Parks program.
Marshlands Conservancy is a 173-acre nature preserve featuring woods, freshwater ponds, streams, salt marsh and field habitats. It is located on the Boston Post Road (Route 1) in Rye, just south of the Rye Golf Club.
