Mt. Kisco, NY - Westchester residents don’t have to travel far to see a first-rate production of everyone’s holiday favorite, “The Nutcracker.” The Westchester Ballet Company’s production of this magical tale of a young girl’s imaginary journey on Christmas Eve rivals the best productions in the New York metropolitan area, and all at a very affordable price, at the Westchester County Center in White Plains.
Performances will take place on Friday, December 19, 10 a.m., Saturday, December 20, 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., and Sunday, December 21, 2 p.m.
For the past 12 years, the Westchester Ballet Company has been thrilling audiences in Westchester with its magical production of this holiday classic that has become a tradition for families throughout Westchester and captivates audiences of all ages every year. Under the direction of Beth Fritz-Logrea and Jean Logrea, this production features 90 professionally trained student dancers from communities throughout Westchester and neighboring counties, along with two professional guest soloists. Add classic choreography, beautiful costumes, magnificent scenery and special stage effects, along with very affordable prices, and it’s a sure-fire hit for your family this holiday season.
Advance ticket prices are $18 for adults, $12 for children (age 2 through 10) and seniors (ages 60-plus); all tickets are $22 on the day of the performance.

The Westchester County Center is located at 198 Central Avenue in White Plains, at the junction of the Bronx River Parkway and Tarrytown Road (Route 119).
Parking is $4 per car at the County Center parking lot. The County Center building and parking lots are barrier-free and accessible to people with disabilities.
