 Scarsdale, NY - Trinity Lutheran Church will offer a winter seminar program. Dr. Kristin Koenig of Concordia College will speak on the topic: "The Religious and Ethical Dimensions of Globalization."
Dr. Koenig earned an M.S. from Oxford University and a Ph.D. from the University of York in England. She teaches sociology at Concordia and was a visiting professor at Oak Hill College in London in 2003.
This program is a part of Trinity's ongoing lecture series which makes information and materials accessible to a broad array of audiences. It has been a tradition at Trinity to provide multidimensional and valued services to the community and its environs for 80 years. Trinity's interdenominational programs reach out to people of all ages.
Date: Tuesday,January 22 and January 29, 2007.
Time: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Dr. Koenig's seminar will take place in Trinity's Upper Room.The lectures are free of charge and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
