White Plains, NY - The WJCS Jewish Spiritual Healing Center is offering several Spiritual Journeying Programs this fall.
Sh’ma: Jewish Group Spiritual Direction designed for those already in conversation with the Divine as well as for those on a serious journey to enhance their prayer lives. The sessions combine God-talk, chanting, prayer, silence, and deep listening, to access spiritual wholeness and connection.

Kumi Ori/Rise and Shine: Meditative Labyrinth Walks help focus on High Holy Day preparation. Experience the value of mindful walking and how it relates to the Jewish New Year.

Meditation and Middot, a four-session workshop, introduces tikkun middot (“refinement of soul-traits”) practice, with the goal of learning how to act wisely with compassion and justice and included study of texts related to particular middot, qualities of heart and behavior.
