Mt. Kisco, NY - The Arts & Appetizers Trolley Trail, hosted by Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR), organized by Linda Fava, will take attendees on an old time trolley that will wind around the Village of Mt. Kisco and stop at participating restaurants along the trail.
The event will take place October 26, 2008, 2:00-6:00 p.m. in Mount Kisco, New York.
Trolley riders enjoy delicious appetizers at such restaurants as Basilico Pizza & Pasta; Brio Mediterranean Restaurant & Lounge; Eduardo's Restaurant & Lounge; Francesca's Bistro; Gerardo's Restaurant; Jennifer's Kitchen & Catering; La Camelia; Lexington Square Café; Mango Café; Mardino's; O'Malley's; Passage to India; Pure Indulgence; Spinelli’s; Temptation Tea House; Woody’s on Main; and Pierro’s II.
Two trolleys will continuously wind along the trail, enabling riders to stop at as many or as few of the participating restaurants as desired. While they dine, attendees can browse through and purchase artwork by artists from all over on display at each location.
Gift cards and merchandise from local merchants are available for bidding in the silent auction that will take place in the Lexington Center for Recovery clinic, at the Arts & Appetizers Trolley Trail starting point located at 24 Smith Avenue.
The cost for tickets is $50, a portion of which is tax-deductible. Proceeds generated throughout the day will benefit Lexington Center for Recovery in its mission to assure that the needs of those affected by substance abuse are addressed in a holistic approach to service delivery with the recognition that successful recovery comes with a loving circle of support.
