 Bedford Village, NY - The most popular carnival in northern Westchester is back for another year of fun for all ages.
Less than two weeks away, the annual St. Patrick’s Carnival and Raffle in Bedford Village draws thousands of families from across the region each night to the rides and games of chance. Launched more than 30 years ago and still run entirely by volunteers, the Carnival has become a seminal springtime celebration.
Always opening the Tuesday after Mother’s Day, the week-long St. Patrick’s Carnival offers arcade-style games, thrilling fair rides provided by Stewart Amusement, and the best homemade carnival food anywhere — all on the big green in front of St. Patrick’s School at Route 22 and Greenwich Road.
The Carnival runs weeknights and into the weekend, when one bracelet entitles kids to unlimited rides from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Bracelets expire at the end of the day.
Please consider giving this colorful and lively event advance coverage, or be our guest at the Carnival during one of the busy weeknights, or during the packed weekend. There are few events left like this where families can be together in an atmosphere that is both traditional and exciting.
The popular new car raffle offers a chance to win a 2010 Honda Insight Hybrid or $20,000 cash. Sales are limited to only 1,500 tickets to improve the odds of winning. Tickets are $50.
Our Free shuttle bus service will run from three nearby parking lots — the Bedford Elementary School, 45 Court Road, the Bedford Town Park on Greenwich Road and St. Patrick’s Church on the Village Green.
And there is never a charge for admission. Proceeds from this fundraising event pay for the educational and outreach ministries of St. Patrick’s Church.

you guys should go to the Jefferson Valley malls fair it is soooo much fun bring the kids, i went there yesterday and this year it is the biggest it has bumper cars,faris wheel and even the AVALANCHE......did i mention you can buy tickets to go the rides or even buy a wrist band for 25$ and go on all the rides as many times as you want
