This marks the third location for Stark, which currently occupies approximately 17,000 square feet at 445 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains and 15,000 square feet at 100 South Bedford Road, Mount Kisco.
The SBS Suites of Harrison will occupy 11,575 square feet at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue. It is anticipated that the space will be ready for tenant move-in by September 2007. W&M Properties owns the building, which was named Office Building of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association.
