The new bakery-cafe in Mohegan Lake will be located at the Cortlandt Town Center on Route 6, and is scheduled to open March 30, 2009.

The opening of this franchised bakery-cafe is the tenth in the planned growth of Panera Bread in Southern NY, following an opening in Newburgh in December 2008. The franchisee Take Home the Bread, LLC plans to open 22 new bakery-cafes in the area over the next five years.
