Not only has Rita demonstrated leadership in her various roles within the Chamber, but she has demonstrated her dedication to the growth and success of the City of New Rochelle," said Denise Lally, executive Director of the Chamber.

A past president of the Association of Westchester & Rockland Long Term Care Administrators, Mabli is also a board member of the Westchester Department of Senior Programs and Services Public Private Partnership and a member and fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators.
